To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Business disruption, operational delays, or transaction failures.
• Issues resulting from hardware or third-party software compatibility.
• Any failure of the App to perform as expected.
• Unintended consequences, including but not limited to misprinted orders, incorrect receipts, or network failures.

• Any modifications, unauthorized use, or tampering with the App voids any responsibility on our part.
